连翘对神经系统的药理作用研究进展

Research Progress in Pharmacological Effects of Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl on the Nervous System

摘要

连翘是传统中药材之一,主要功效为清热解毒,消肿散结,疏散风热,主要生物活性包括抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗氧化等。近期药理学研究显示,连翘或其成分具有防衰老、抗阿尔茨海默病,并且改善学习记忆等神经保护功效。但目前尚无关于连翘神经药理作用及其分子机制研究现状的综述。笔者首先介绍了连翘所含主要化学成分及其生物活性研究现状,然后结合中药多途径多靶点的特点,重点归纳和总结了连翘及其成分在神经保护方面的研究。本研究为未来开发连翘神经系统保健品或药品的应用提供参考。

Abstract

Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl is one of the traditional Chinese medicines, with a long history of application, and its main effects include clearing heat and detoxification, detumescence, and evacuating wind hot. Its main biological activities include antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Recent pharmacological studies have shown that Forsythia suspensa and its components have neuroprotective effects, including prevention of aging, anti-Alzheimer′s disease, and improvement of learning and memory. Till now, there is no systematic review on the neuropharmacological effect and molecular mechanism of Forsythia suspensa. In this paper, the main chemical components of Forsythia suspensa and their biological activities are introduced, and then the research on neuroprotection of Forsythia suspensa and its components is summarized combined with the characteristics of multi-channel and multi-target of traditional Chinese medicine, which provides reference to the application of Forsythia suspensa health food or medicines for nervous system in the future.
